As a Key Account Manager - Japanese Speaking, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships with key accounts. You will monitor account performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. You will develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Must have:
  • Advanced level of Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management or within the iGaming industry
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans
  • Ability to plan strategically and execute
  • Experience in understanding commercial data
  • Ability to derive actionable insights
  • Some understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies

Performance Marketing is that area of the business that looks after digital user acquisition. What we do is to optimize existing channels and constantly look for innovative ways to send new users to our site and get them to register.

Among the channels we are using to drive traffic: SEO, Affiliation, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, and many more. Thinking out of the box, innovation and attention to details are crucial to keep improving on the existing channels and finding new solutions to test.

In order to be able to correctly track how each channel is contributing to driving value, we leverage our Martech team that is looking after tracking and correct channel attribution.

When you combine all of this together, the result is an acquisition strategy that goes from the top to the bottom of the acquisition funnel, with accurate measurement and efficient budget allocation focused on ROI maximisation.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships with key accounts.

  • Monitor account performance and analyse data to identify trends,nopportunities, and challenges.

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenuevgrowth and maximize profitability.

  • Manage and execute account outreach and support prospecting activities:

    • Identify and develop new business through networking and ongoing relationship building/ conversations

    • Establish prospective partners by pitching our value propositions, brands, and products

    • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics, identify gaps in our acquisition strategy and provide proposals to enhance key account and business growth.

  • Support the Senior Affiliate Manager in: 
    • Executing affiliate platform strategy
    • Planning for the future of the affiliate platform
    • Establishing robust work processes to maximise on efficiency
    • Monitor processes to support key accounts

       

And what are we looking for?

  • Great English language proficiency both written and verbal
  • Advanced level of Japanese. Candidates must demonstrate not only fluency but also the sophistication in handling intricate business discussions and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management or within the iGaming industry
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans, which led to account growth and customer satisfaction improvement
  • Able to plan strategically and execute, with ability to foresee market trends and align them with company objectives
  • Experience in understanding commercial data, with good proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to derive actionable insights that guide decisions
  • Some understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies & experience leveraging these tools like SEM rush, Ahrefs, similar web, etc. to increase visibility and engagement
