Sr. BI Analyst

As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, creating impactful reports, and building interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights that directly support strategic initiatives. Your ability to communicate data clearly, collaborate with teams across the organization, and implement cutting-edge reporting tools will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and insights that influence business performance.
• Develop and maintain both regular and ad-hoc reports that deliver accurate and timely insights for stakeholders.
• Design and implement interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure reporting aligns with business goals.
• Ensure data integrity through best practices in data governance and management.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes by identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Leverage SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, as well as to develop ETL processes.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and predictive analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices related to reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts applied to data analysis and reporting.
