About the Opportunity
The Asset Team strives to deliver a top-tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap for Asset Portfolio features, focusing on viewing account total balances, token balances, and aggregating different business line features for easier asset management.

Clearly define product requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data analytics teams to ensure the successful implementation of user-friendly and insightful features.

Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices in asset portfolio management and data visualization, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Conduct thorough user research, gather valuable feedback, and analyze data to uncover pain points, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in account and token analysis workflows.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of asset portfolio features, identify areas for optimization, and drive data-driven decision-making.
What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).

Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.

Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, and building data analytics products.

Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features, including asset portfolio management, and data visualization.

In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Passion for cryptocurrency trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.

Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
