About the role 

We’re looking for someone obsessed with growing social media accounts to take full ownership of our Instagram and TikTok accounts. We have a highly-engaged and growing audience of people in tech across X and LinkedIn. Now, we want to reach a global audience of creators and creatives on Instagram and TikTok. We have two separate audiences: our creator audience of our web app, and our consumer audience of our reader mobile app.

This role has a main focus mission:

• Grow both Instagram and TikTok to 100K+ followers with engaged audiences each by end of 2025, and then into the millions by 2026.

To do this you’ll need to do a mix of copy writing, content creation, growth hacking and community building. While representing our brand in an incredible way.

What you bring

Main requirement for this role: you’ve scaled at least one account on either Instagram or TikTok to 50K+ followers. 

Ideally: you have scaled several accounts that belong to you, or you’ve worked in Social Media roles with a few different companies or creators where you have been responsible for growing their accounts.

You should be strong at copy writing, be able to idea and get made static and video content (strong bonus if you can be hands-on yourself), and be dialled into what’s going on with socials.
