Description

The Service Contract Specialist will own the operational process enabling the smooth delivery of Logitech Services to our global business customers in our Video Conferencing business line. Working closely with a range of functions including internal operation data specialists, customer services and various IT groups, this role offers a great deal of exposure to the successful experienced candidate. Ensuring customers can access the services they are entitled to and be delighted by the Logitech experience is paramount.

  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer purchase orders

  • Manage day to day processing of Service eligibility, including data collection, validation of eligibility and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders 

  • Identify issues in the validation process, dealing with exceptions and identifying root cause

  • Propose, drive and document process creation and continuous improvement

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Education:

  • Preferably Business Analysis, BIS or related field
