Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Delivery at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers. Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. You'll explain vehicle features and benefits, address customer questions, manage delivery schedules and logistics, and provide feedback to improve processes. You'll work closely with a larger sales, service, and delivery team, requiring collaboration and a one-team mentality to meet targets. This involves coordinating with other specialists to ensure timely deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Weekend and evening work may be required.

Must have:

Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
Passion for Tesla's mission

What You’ll Do

Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
