As a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts at MediQuality, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value pharmaceutical clients (60%) and proactively drive new business (40%). This involves cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, crafting tailored digital marketing strategies, and executing sales plans to exceed targets. You'll collaborate with internal teams, provide regular client updates and performance reviews, and ensure exceptional project outcomes. The role requires expertise in selling digital pharma solutions, strong analytical skills, fluency in French, Dutch, and English, and experience with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.

Your Role:
In this pivotal role, you will connect pharmaceutical companies with our robust network of healthcare professionals through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value pharmaceutical clients (60% of the role) while proactively driving new business (40%). You’ll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to position MediQuality as their go-to partner for digital marketing solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, diagnose challenges, and craft tailored, data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute dynamic sales plans, ensuring a clear path to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
- Project Ownership: Work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes, maintaining client satisfaction at the heart of your efforts.
- Performance Reviews and Engagement: Regularly provide clients with detailed updates and end-of-campaign reviews to highlight successes and areas for continued growth.
