 Resolution Games is a VR / AR studio focused on creating immersive experiences for all - from gamers to non-gamers alike. We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join our Operations team. About the roleIn the role as Financial Controller you will work with a wide range of financial tasks in a fast-paced scale-up. You will be responsible for creating monthly, quarterly and annual reports. The role also includes treasury, financial analysis, ad hoc business case tasks, and potential M&amp;A responsibilities. The market is evolving, and each day brings new challenges and opportunities, ensuring no two days are ever the same. You will be a part of Resolution’s small-knitted, very ambitious, and closely collaborating operations team that includes Finance, Legal, and HR. <li dir="ltr">Manage key financial metrics, including KPIs, P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections</li>
<li dir="ltr">Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with teams to ensure targets are met</li>
<li dir="ltr">Actively monitor and manage cash flow to support ongoing growth</li>

<li dir="ltr">Oversee external accountants in Sweden and the US, ensuring smooth operations across entities</li>

<li dir="ltr">A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Around 5+ years of work experience in financial roles</li>
<li dir="ltr">Expertise in Excel and strong analytical skills.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Fluency in both English and Swedish</li>
