Job Details
- Develop skill sets and assist business growth in different scopes, depending on business needs - including product management, user research, marketing, live operations, etc
- Find ways to create impact at a product level through in-depth understanding of our existing and target users
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (both online & offline) to provide valuable insights and actionable for our stakeholders
- Conduct competitor study and provide strategic inputs for the senior leaders
- Analyze industry trends, identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market
- Outstanding graduates from top universities, MBA qualification is mandatory
- At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning or equivalent roles, ideally with a background in strategy consulting or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to approach both quantitative and qualitative challenges effectively
- Passionate about games, preferably with some knowledge of the gaming industry in India; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and another local language (preferably Hindi) along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
