Job Details
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns to increase user engagement, enhance satisfaction, and drive active participation
- Produce creative and good quality marketing content that effectively engages player base, achieves top viewership, and improves community sentiment and user satisfaction
- Source and execute local partnerships and collaborations
- Optimize esports strategy, including planning and execution of events and initiatives.
- Assist with producer-level work such as forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting
- Provide high-quality analytical insights to improve game performance and support decision making
- Conduct in-depth market research, both quantitative and qualitative, to understand local trends and drive growth in the game
- Work with the game development teams in China to optimize game performance and customize the game design for local preferences
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of relevant full-time working experience in game operations or producer role in the gaming industry
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns for games
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions
- Possess strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Passionate about games with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape and current industry trends
- Prior experience working with Chinese stakeholders due to close collaboration with game development teams in China
