Product Development Manager

You’ll join the New Product Development team to oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle of physical and digital products targeting the retail and education markets. This role requires a strategic leader with experience taking products to market, managing supply chains, and driving revenue growth. This is a Full time opportunity. The role is located in Norwalk, CT and is hybrid (3 days per week on site).

Product Development Manager Responsibilities: 

• Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
• Manage supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment operations for efficient product delivery.
• Drive sales strategy, customer support, and community engagement to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach to drive product awareness and adoption.
• Develop product roadmaps, analyze market trends, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Product Development Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with physical products in retail or education.
• Proven success in launching products/toys and meeting sales or revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, 3D printing, CAD, and inventory management.
• Experience working with retailers, school districts, or educational organizations is a plus.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
