You’ll join the New Product Development team to oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle of physical and digital products targeting the retail and education markets. This role requires a strategic leader with experience taking products to market, managing supply chains, and driving revenue growth. This is a Full time opportunity. The role is located in Norwalk, CT and is hybrid (3 days per week on site).
Product Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Manage supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment operations for efficient product delivery.
- Drive sales strategy, customer support, and community engagement to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Develop product roadmaps, analyze market trends, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Product Development Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with physical products in retail or education.
- Proven success in launching products/toys and meeting sales or revenue goals.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, 3D printing, CAD, and inventory management.
- Experience working with retailers, school districts, or educational organizations is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
