Egnyte is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business and customer revenue growth within the EMEA region. Responsibilities include creating outbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying leads, achieving KPIs, collaborating with Account Executives, and becoming an expert in the Egnyte portfolio. The role requires utilizing Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, and involves a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, eager to develop skills, and committed to career growth.

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is ready to Egnyte their career. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a passion for selling, an appetite to develop their skills, is invested in their career growth, and wants to be rewarded and recognised for their successes.   

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our new business and customer revenue in the EMEA region through generating qualified leads for our Sales organisation.   

   

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

  • Create outbound prospecting campaigns leveraging sales plays, research and targeted messaging
  • Create and qualify outbound leads
  • Attain weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
  • Work in collaboration with Account Executives across a high volume of accounts
  • Become an expert in the Egnyte portfolio, with the ability to articulate the value, present capabilities and bring to life for each customer
  • Use company applications such as Salesforce, Outreach and Gong to create and manage opportunities
  • Hybrid role

   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:  

The following are preferred experiences although we are open to high quality early-in-career individuals from all professional backgrounds:  

  • Business / Sales Development
  • Within the IT industry
  • Phone selling
  • Within a sales environment
  • Use of Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job/apprentice experience
