- Technical Aptitude: Proven experience as a product SME, Data Engineer, Support Engineer, or Similar role in assisting customers, including exceptional troubleshooting and optimizing performance, security, and deployments, and effectively describing this in verbal and written format.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Cloud & Data Management: Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, as well as Kubernetes, Docker, and various Hadoop components including HDFS, Yarn, Spark, Hive, HBase, Ranger, and Kafka. Additionally, expertise in Linux distributions such as RHEL, Ubuntu, and SUSE, ensuring comprehensive Cloud & Data Management capabilities.
- Experience: 6+ years of related experience in customer-facing support, data engineering, post-sales or consulting roles, with a focus on Cloud Native and Data Lakes. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Collaboration: Willingness to work with customers to understand their use cases, identify pain points, and deliver tailored solutions within the agreed service levels.
