As a Vehicle Technical Artist at CIG, you'll be part of a team creating high-fidelity vehicle assets for Star Citizen and Squadron 42.  Responsibilities include hands-on implementation, performance optimization, rigging, skinning, asset markup, and supporting the vehicle content team. You will work closely with art and programming teams, develop and improve pipelines using tools like 3DS Max, MaxScript, and Python, and investigate new techniques. The role involves bringing ships to life through animation and physics tuning, and ensuring assets are technically sound for use in the games.  CIG has a reputation for creating complex, characterful vehicles that are more like mini-game levels, and you'll be contributing to their already impressive library of nearly one hundred ships.

About the Team:
The People Systems and Analytics (PSA) team works within the People Team and supports AlphaSense to enable people practices and supports employees and managers in their key technology interactions.&nbsp; We are building our People Systems and Analytics team to meet the demands of the business, scale our organization, and build our practices in a streamlined way. The team will work closely with stakeholders both in the People team and partner teams like Finance, IT, and Legal. The PSA team helps to define business needs, recommend system enhancements, and drive operational excellence.&nbsp;
About the Role:&nbsp;
AlphaSense is currently seeking a Principal People Systems Analyst to be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to design, implement, and provide ongoing support for Workday modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll or Absence and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, extensive experience with Workday modules. What You'll Do:
System Implementation and Support:
<ul>
<li>Lead the Workday configuration for 3-5 outlined modules. This includes reviewing and recommending new features (during release planning), lead system configuration and provide day-to-day support and maintenance.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Lead ongoing implementation of new Workday processes, products and features bringing recommendations from prior experience and providing the business with options including pros/cons of decisions.</li>
</ul>
Business Analysis / Project Management:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with key business partners to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and outline the needed timeline to implement requested changes.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct gap analysis, and if needed, recommend a workaround (or alternative) to address business requirement needs.</li>
<li>Review business requests and be able to scope and size effort for project roadmap planning.</li>
<li>Utilizing previous experience, help in the definition of the People Systems roadmap to ensure proper sequencing and the best use of resources in both the PSA team and the business.&nbsp;</li>

Technical Expertise:

<li>Be an expert in Workday modules and best practices. Be able to provide recommendations and feedback based on prior experience. Serve as a consultant and partner to the business team, offering strategic solutions to solve their needs.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical support to end-users. Be able to recommend solutions to improve or permanently resolve ongoing technical issues.</li>
<li>Have experience across all areas of solution build out including Workday domain security, Workday business process security and Workday report development. Deliver to the business a complete end-to-end solution.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Who You Are:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years experience in Workday, with at least 5 years focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll or Absence and Time Tracking.</li>
<li>Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules including Core HCM.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of HR process and best practices with demonstrated experience working in a hyper-growth company.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and negotiate for the best possible solution.</li>
<li>Ability to coach and mentor partners at all levels on using Workday and the value Workday brings to business processes.</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and understand and maintain HR data security.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to create internal team processes and help in the maturity of an internal People Systems team.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable configurations, with a consultative mindset.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering multiple initiatives on time and within scope.</li>
