Job Description

As a PPC Manager at SDG, you'll be responsible for keyword research, launching and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, and performing in-depth analysis of advertising performance using GA4, AppsFlyer, and internal CRM systems. You'll focus on scaling channels without increasing CPA, improving ROI, and managing remarketing efforts. Testing new channels, campaigns, ad types, landing pages, and creatives will be crucial. You'll need strong Google Ads expertise, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent analytical skills. Experience with multinational projects, specifically in performance-driven sectors (e-commerce, fintech, gaming), is essential. Campaign optimization by CPA and ROI is key, along with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer. Upper-Intermediate English is required.

Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms.

Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

Your tasks will be:

  • Keyword research;
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
  • Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, AppsFlyer, internal CRM and other tools;
  • Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
  • Work with remarketing channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
  • Testing new channels, campaigns and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

We expect from you:

  • Google Ads expert knowledge is a must, at least 1-year experience in PPC/SEM;
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
  • Experience with the multi-national project;
  • Experience in performance projects: e-commerce, fintech, gaming, etc.
  • Campaign optimization by CPA, ROI;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and AppsFlyer;
  • English not lower than Upper Intermediate level;
  • Communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.
