We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for one of our investment products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Brand & Visual Design:
Create and maintain our strong, recognizable brand style and brand guidelines (colors, typography, illustrations, graphics);
Design custom illustrations to support brand identity and marketing materials;
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. - Marketing Design:
Design digital and offline advertising materials (banners, static & motion creatives, landing pages, email campaigns) that enhance engagement and conversions;
Create branded content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
Develop presentations and branded merchandise (T-shirts, stickers, tote bags, packaging, event materials);
Create store visuals (CPPs, screenshots, feature banners, promotional assets);
Design static and motion ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. - Creative Campaigns & Concepts:
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and product launches;
Visualize concepts for marketing strategies. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to ensure design aligns with business goals. - Design Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze the effectiveness of design in marketing campaigns;
Conduct testing and iterate on designs based on performance data.
We expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1+ years working with motion design;
- Extensive experience in branding & visual identity – developing and maintaining brand guidelines (colors, typography, illustrations, graphics);
- Ability to create high-quality custom illustrations for brand and marketing materials;
- Experience in creating animations and video creatives;
- Experience in both digital and offline design, including branded merchandise, packaging, and event materials;
- Performance marketing design experience – developing high-converting ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads;
- Experience with design testing – A/B testing of icons, CPPs, and other marketing assets;
- Proficient in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign);
- Experience with Procreate/Wacom or equivalent (for digital illustration and sketching);
- Figma (branding design and UI/UX) is a plus;
