Description

• Closely partner with global People Team colleagues & COE to drive strategic goals of the functions across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals. 
• Support managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. 
• Identify talent gaps and implement training and development initiatives to build workforce capabilities. 
• Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and resources to leaders and employees. 
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. EMEA point of contact for employee relations & immigration, partnering closely with legal team.  
• Counsel employees and leadership within region on various aspects of policies and compliance.  
• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale. 
• Additional People Team projects as needed.  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Vast understanding of European Works Council & European employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal relation ability to navigate in a matrix organization.
• Able to influence various stakeholders (such as Leaders, and broader People Team).
• Able to think strategically and translate into operational plans to make things happen.
• Results driven and delivers outcomes in an impactful way.
• High level of analytical ability where problems are complex.
• Ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and provide clear direction/instructions to audience.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
