Job Description

Easybrain is seeking a creative Recruiter to join their HR team. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and proactively search for talented individuals. Must-haves include 2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude. Fluency in Russian and English (B1+) is required.

Responsibilities:

- The full-cycle recruitment process;

- Collaboration with a hiring manager to establish hiring criteria and methods;

- Proactive search of potential talents and active contacting of passive candidates for future hiring needs;

- Scheduling of pre-screening calls and interviews;

- Reporting on resourcing activity;

- Reacting positively to the ongoing, changing environment;

- Having fun working with the HR Team :)

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same/similar position;

- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills;

- Problem-solving aptitude;
