About The Team The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Plan and design global processes and related systems, being HR Operations "Product Manager" and "Product Operation" role; 2. Develop process metrics and conduct comprehensive data monitoring and quality analysis based on these metrics; 3. Collaborate with other HR teams to facilitate the implementation of the company's management philosophy and HR policies, and offer strategic insights to inform company management.

Minimum Qualifications 1. 5 years of professional experience in HR, experience in an international HRBP or COE role is desirable; 2. Demonstrated expertise in large-scale project management, with a preference for candidates with more than 3 years of experience managing global projects; 3. An articulate communicator with the ability to thoughtfully and thoroughly present problems and solutions, coupled with strong cross-functional negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Certified as a Labor and Social Security Attorney; 3. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company.
