Responsabilities
- Own the design of competitive game modes and its ecosystem;
- Own game matchmaking;
- Maintain the integrity of owned features over time;
- Work closely with the Core gameplay team, creating a healthy collaboration between domains of Core gameplay and Competition;
- Contributing to the grand vision of the game in all its aspects.
Requirements & qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer;
- Proven experience in matchmaking and ranked modes balancing;
- Data-driven approach in decision-making;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to stand your ground and rationalize your concepts;
- Ability to work on time with strict deadlines;
- Deep strategy game experience as a player.
