The role focuses on maximizing team capabilities and unifying the brand voice globally.

DEPARTMENT:  Marketing Creative

YOUR MISSION

The in-house creative team is looking for a forward-thinking leader to grow our gameplay capture group as an Associate Creative Director, Capture. You will lead a team of in-house creative marketing capture directors, artists and techs. This role will be responsible for managing a team that supports video editing, design and motion graphics. 

This position reports to the head of Marketing Creative and works closely with art directors, editors, producers, marketing teams, game studios, and external partners.

PLAYER PROFILE

  • Partner with creative leads to develop and sustain the most collaborative and effective in-house video creative team. 

  • Build and lead a team of capture directors, artists and techs

  • Attract and cultivate diverse and exceptional talent

  • Teach and develop Artists/Techs on composition and storytelling through gameplay

  • Establish structure and process that will empower people to produce their best work

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creative ambition and dedication to craft

  • Ability to direct and provide leadership to a team in a fast paced environment

  • Help with the research and development of new in-game camera tools and capture efficiencies 

  • They are fluent in video concepting, pre-production, production and post production. They will maximise team capabilities, and ultimately elevate and unify our brand voice across the globe in order to strengthen and scale our presence in the market. 

  • They a a proven leader and manager with experience in supervising and developing game capture talent, while encouraging a fun and positive work environment.

  • 10+ years in leadership roles for marketing services, creative service agencies, network promotions or a similar field (video game, digital, and/or experiential a plus).

  • 5+ years of gameplay capture experience preferred

  • Primary skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, problem solving, time and project management.

  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Grace under pressure with a strong sense of collaboration.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $111,960.00 - $207,270.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
