Job Details

Atopia is a VC-backed startup revolutionizing global cultural experiences through VR and 3D Web Experiences. We collaborate with world-renowned museums and cultural institutions to make art accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Marketing, Brand & PR Manager who will own our communications and build our brand within the arts and culture industry.

Tasks

As a Marketing, Brand & PR Manager at Atopia, you will be the only person working on anything communication related in our team, closely collaborating with the Founders and Product Team. You will face a playground of infinite possibilities in which you can draft & execute strategies that will make Atopia a renown brand in our industry.

You will decide yourself about the tasks you think have the highest impact. But most likely, it would be around these:

  • Craft and execute bold communication strategies that place Atopia at the heart of cultural conversations worldwide.
  • Develop compelling content—from innovative storytelling to eye-catching design—across both digital and VR platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and the product team to drive initiatives that fuel our expansion.
  • Monitor campaign success rigorously and iterate on strategies to ensure every effort delivers measurable impact.

Requirements

  • You know how marketing in a startup works, and excel in environments where agility and resourcefulness matter most.
  • You enjoy having responsibility and freedom to drive things forward, and have a deep inheritent bias to action.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced setting, driven by a desire to shape something extraordinary from scratch.
  • You have a deep passion for the arts and believe in the potential of Immersive Technologies for making culture accessible.
  • You communicate clearly and work seamlessly within an international team; fluency in English is essential.
