Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at Fortis Games, you'll streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate/recruiter experiences. Responsibilities include managing recruitment systems (Greenhouse, Gem), overseeing the referral program, acting as a liaison between the recruiting team and internal partners, coordinating interviews, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and leading special projects to increase efficiency. You will ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and a positive candidate journey. Collaboration with TA partners on high-priority initiatives is also required.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst, you’ll take ownership of key operations projects that help streamline processes and enhance the experience for both recruiters and candidates. You will manage the day-to-day administration of key recruitment systems and provide additional operational support across the recruitment life cycle. You will also provide critical coverage for interview scheduling and coordination as needed. Overall, initiatives under your care will aim to ensure an efficient and smooth experience for candidates, talent acquisition partners, and hiring partners. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Support recruiters in their day to day work using systems like Greenhouse and Gem to maintain accurate candidate data and drive clarity in the interviewing process
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's referral program, ensuring smooth processes, tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a key liaison between the recruiting team and internal partners (ex. People Operations) ensuring cross-functional policy and process alignment
  • Build and maintain relationships with third party CSM and product teams to ensure recruiter adoption and maximum tooling efficiency
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones as needed, managing changes and logistics efficiently
  • Track and analyze data related to key work streams - such as stakeholder trainings, candidate & hiring manager satisfaction surveys, etc - and  highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and/or support special recruiting operations projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and the candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with TA Partners to assist with high-priority recruitment initiatives as needed

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Proven experience in a recruiting operations or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality and on time delivery
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver against KPIs, including process enhancements
  • Flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and handle evolving priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong experience in managing ATS/CRM tools, with a focus on optimizing workflows and maintaining data accuracy; experience with Greenhouse preferred
  • Familiarity with leveraging Talent Acquisition data and reporting to drive process improvements 
  • Interest in Gaming is a plus!
