1. - Lead the planning and implementation of project;
2. - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
3.  -Define project tasks and resource requirements;
4. - Develop full scale project plans;
5. - Assemble and coordinate project staff;
6. - Manage project budget and project resource allocation;
7. - Plan and schedule project timelines;
8. - Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
9. - Provide direction and support to project team;
10. - Plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables;
11. - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
12. - Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;
13. - Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
14. - Project evaluations and assessment of results;
15. - Provide pro-active stakeholder management;
16. - Be visible, vocal and objective and actively drive agile development teams;
17. - Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information;
18. - Closely work together with accepted persons for implementing projects/tasks from other departments;
19. - Organize communication with third parties participating in the project;
20. - Participate in testing and implementation of project results in a manner, which is in accordance with procedures;
21. - If necessary, to prepare the documentation of products, procedures and programs;
22. - Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
23. - Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. - Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
24. - Develop, plan and manage projects in terms of scope, location, space other technical requirements;
25. - Plan for future projects allocation within exisitng studios;
26. - Reporting of projects, portfolios and regions where projects are implemented.  

1. - Higher Education – Bachelors in Engineering
2. - Qualification in Project Management is preferred.
3. - Excellent knowledge of English;
4. - Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
5. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills;
6. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
7. - Documentation management and ability to use project management tools;
8. - Attention to details even under pressure;
9. - Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
10. - Experience in project management, from conception to delivery will be considered as an advantage.
