About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Korean-speaking Business Development professional to support our business initiatives across APAC and contribute to the growth of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and traditional finance (TradFi) partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach.
What You’ll Be Doing

Account Development: Identify and nurture major accounts in key markets within APAC, fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. Contribute to account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized client engagement.

TradFi Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions to expand business opportunities. Utilize existing networks to build strong alliances and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product, to develop strategies that adhere to regulatory requirements and align with business goals and customer needs.
What We Look For In You

Business or native fluency in Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills, to liaise with external Korean-speaking customers and stakeholders in the APAC market.

Experienced sales professional with a solid understanding of local crypto regulations and a proven record of developing and managing partnerships with traditional finance clients and institutions.
