We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven intern with a self-starter mentality to join our Strategy & Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of how to set up a successful commercial team in a scale-up SaaS company and to be a vital support to drive the growth strategy, operational efficiency, and success of our cross-functional initiatives to ensure the success of Make’s customer facing Go-to-market team.


Duration: 3-6 months
Full-time Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Project Management: Manage, support and execute strategic cross-functional projects by directly working with (senior) stakeholders from Sales, Customer Success, Partner Management, Product, Marketing and Analytics
  • Sales Tooling: Improve usability of our existing tool stack (Salesforce & other tools) for users and improve data quality to draw insights from. Additionally you will be responsible for researching & screening state of the art tools to add to our current stack
  • Knowledge Management: Structure, develop and maintain our Confluence knowledge base
  • Sales Enablement Support: Support enablement of our cross-functional initiatives towards the business & ensure successful adoption of enabled measures 
  • Sales Assets: Create, organize and maintain reusable sales collateral and assets
  • Competitor Analysis: Develop a structured approach to storing information on competitor information, develop battle cards and ensure adoption by the sales team 
  • Sales Kick-off Planning & Support for the next fiscal year

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Any previous work experience in a start-up or scale-up SaaS or technology company in a sales or sales-related role
  • Experience or interest in process improvement and automation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, data enrichment tools) is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
