SEO Manager

About US

• Scaling the organic traffic growth and brand visibility across businesses.
  
• Work in close collaboration with the product and technology team on SEO projects and build BRD (business requirement document) for new SEO initiatives for better visibility that shows business impact.
  
• Convince, and work closely with the Content writers to ensure that they understand the importance of SEO & SEM traffic, and how to correctly implement opportunities for traffic acquisition and measurement.
  
• Understand the business impact areas and priorities and streamline the SEO roadmap accordingly.
  
• Doing regular site audits, and site crawling to fix technical issues.
  
• Keep abreast of industry trends, contemporary practices in SEO, and Google algorithm updates. Understand the implications for our business and take action to seize the opportunity quickly and reduce risk.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience of 5+ years in SEO
  
• Expertise in NFL.
  
• Experience working for a publisher/news media.
  
• Proven experience in leading SEO & SEM strategy and projects to successfully build audiences for global-scale, products, and services.
  
• In-depth technical understanding of web and mobile SEO challenges and solutions.
  
• Expert user of Google Analytics and Google Web Master Tools and at least one market. Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMRush, Similarweb, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs).
  
• Background with strong HTML, JavaScript & MS Excel skills.
  
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
  
• Previous experience of managing a team
