Job Description
This role at Smilegate Holdings involves building and expanding the Stove Indie creation ecosystem. Responsibilities include planning and managing domestic and international creative ecosystem support programs and creator communities. The position also entails managing domestic and international creator support infrastructure and creative environments. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in the game/IT or content creation industries. The ability to plan and manage online/offline support programs and events is essential. Fluency in Mandarin or Taiwanese is a plus.

자격요건
- 유관 업무경력 5년 이상 (대리/과장급)
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 스킬과 긍정적 마인드
- MS오피스 사용능력 상급
- 게임/IT 또는 콘텐츠 창작 관련 산업군 경력
- 프로그램 기획/운영 경력
- 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
필요역량
- 인터뷰, 자료 조사 및 분석 등을 통한 문제 발굴/분석 능력
- 문제 해결 방안을 구조화된 문서로 작성할 수 있는 능력 (파워포인트 구성 및 작성 능력)
- 게임 산업과 콘텐츠 창작에 대한 이해와 관심 보유
- 온/오프라인 지원 프로그램 및 행사의 기획 및 운영 능력
우대사항
- 비즈니스 대만/중국어가 가능하신 분
- 게임 업계 또는 게임 창작 관련 경력을 보유하신 분
