As a Senior Program Manager at Gojek, you'll lead cross-functional tech programs, aligning stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives. Responsibilities include managing complex projects from inception to completion, driving collaboration, addressing risks, and providing transparency to leadership. You will leverage data-driven decision-making, build high-performing teams, manage budgets and resources, and define/prioritize programs with Product Management. Your work directly impacts Gojek's scaling, innovation, and user experience.
Must have:
- 6+ years program/project management experience
- Fluency in Chinese (speaking and writing)
- Technical writing and documentation experience
- Cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery processes

About The Role
As a Senior Program Manager at Gojek, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful, cross-functional tech programs. In your first 6 months, you'll tackle the challenge of aligning stakeholders across diverse teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives. You’ll manage complex projects from inception to execution, driving clarity and collaboration across teams while addressing blockers and risks. Your role will directly influence Gojek's ability to scale, innovate, and enhance user experiences, making you a key enabler of our organizational success.
What You Will Do
- Manage, execute, and track technology programs aligned with objectives and key results.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making tools for innovation and ongoing program development.
- Ensure successful program execution by building teams, aligning stakeholders, and managing resources, budgets, and processes.
- Provide transparency into program health, status, and resourcing to partners and senior leadership.
- Identify, predict, and resolve blockers, conflicts, and risks across multiple teams.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align priorities and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Define, prioritize, and plan programs in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders.
- Create SOPs, process flows, and integration requirements to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Will Need
- 6 years of experience in program/project management with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Fluency in Chinese (speaking and writing) for professional purposes is mandatory.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver detailed, actionable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and execute on shared goals.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and concepts in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery processes.
