Security Manager

Role: We are searching for Security Manager with a deep sense of responsibility. You and your team will be the eyes of the management, and guests will see you and feel reassured that they are in safe hands.

Tasks to be solved:

• Protect company's or assigned property, personnel and visitors / guests by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

• To be able to guide and lead the security team of the hotel and monitor our security systems on an on-going basis.

• Check and monitor the health and safety protocols.

• Work closely with the house manager on changes to building security.

• Work in partnership with office management staff regarding visitors due to attend our offices.

• Prepare the guard schedule and maintaining documents such as emergency contract lists.

• Prepare and manage shift schedules for security personnel and receptionists.

• Train employees on security awareness and emergency procedures.

• Develop and enforce security strategies, policies, and procedures.

Ideal candidate would have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head of Security or similar leadership role.

• Security Guard’s License.

• Good Knowledge of Greek and English.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Have initiative, be proactive and responsible.

• Abilities to multi-tasking and working independently.

• Familiarity with security systems, surveillance technology, and access control.

• Flexibility to work shifts when required.

• Communication skills and personality.
