Description

 The Salesforce CPQ QA will work as part of the Enterprise Applications team to implement and support the Salesforce CPQ implementation for Logitech B2B business group, focusing on QA strategy and execution for the CPQ project. As a Software QA Engineer you will be responsible for planning, automation and execution of verification cycles of business applications. This position will be located in Chennai, India.

  • Be a part of Sales cloud team and work with the IT and Business Groups to 

  •  Develop high quality test plans and execute them to validate requirements related to CPQ/RLM Implementation.

  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on CPQ configurations and integrations.

  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, Development Team and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required

  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the CPQ environment.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating QA documentation and test environments.

  • Stay current with CPQ best practices and industry trends to continuously improve QA processes.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • At least 5+ years experience working in the IT industry

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Sales cloud experience, particularly Salesforce CPQ, with hands-on QA experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ Implementation. 

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a CPQ environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ tools is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue cloud will be a plus.

  • Clearly document test design plans and test cases

  • Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira and automation tools like Tosca/Katalon is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments

  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement

  • Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong customer service mentality

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue cloud will be a plus.

  • Knowledge of Automation is preferable

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
