Resource Manager (Sr. Associate)

What You Will Do And Learn

We are looking for a hungry, humble, and smart Resource Manager to join our Operations Team!

The Resource Manager will be responsible for planning and allocating global resources across projects

The role:

• Work with delivery leadership to assign consultants to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience and availability
• Ensuring available capacity among existing resources to execute on upcoming projects
• Monitor and manage employees’ workload and realization
• Overcoming resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more staff, etc; informing senior management of any issues related to inability to meet clients’ needs due to resourcing.
• Identifying areas for improvement within the resource management process
  
  
  

You have:

• 3-5 years of related experience in Project Management, Resource Management, or a similar role
• Strong technical skillset including Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
• Resource Management Certified Professional and/or Project Management certification preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, Anaplan, LucidChart, Jira strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or similar field
