Could this be you?

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, and guide them through the selection process. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process and attract top talent to our organization.

In this role you will

• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions and post on various job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.
• Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and feedback throughout the process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managing expectations.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment insights, and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, hiring metrics, and recruitment activities.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.

You have

· 3+ years of experience as an advertising recruiter. A post graduate candidate will be preferred.

· Strong people skills and fun-loving communication skills.

· A positive attitude, smiling demeanor and a great team player who believes in fostering amazing culture.

· Spontaneity with the latest trends and technologies across formats and platforms.
