About The Opportunity
Even if we wanted, STAGE couldn’t exist 5 years ago as the baseline infrastructure of smartphones and cheap data was not available. That makes our application as a product and the technology behind it as important as the quality of our content. The users that we are trying to serve have never been served before in the digital economy and so we constantly have to keep inventing new ways to make their experience more native on the internet. A successful candidate will identify themselves with these audiences, understand them and make STAGE the most premium app to use for them without making it intimidating to use.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understand customers needs and aspirations deeply, be the custodian of the customer voice and design the product accordingly across channels.
Design concepts, wireframe, mock-ups and final screens based on product requirements.
Work closely with the Product and Technical team to deliver world-class experience to our users and then make it simpler.
Focus on the minute details to ensure a smooth experience across devices on the STAGE app.
B.Des or M.Des degree is required
Growth and Ownership mindset
Ability to extract, analyse and communicate data
3-5 years of experience working in B2C product design roles.
Ability to articulate your thoughts really well and outstanding written communication skills in English.
Experience working on tools such as Figma, Zeplin etc.
Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations.
Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.
