Job Description
Trendyol's Finance Team seeks Procurement Professionals to manage procured services (food, cleaning, security, personnel transportation) and purchasing of marketing materials, consumables, and packaging. Responsibilities include market research, price comparison, supplier relations, process management, and collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills (English essential), and problem-solving abilities. Experience in logistics is preferred but not mandatory. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, with a summer fully remote option.
Must have:

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
- Experienced in logistics (preferable not must)
- Responsible for procured services (food, cleaning, security, personnel transportation), (preferable not must)
- Experienced in purchasing marketing, consumables and packaging materials,
- Good knowledge of the market research and price comparison,
- Knowledgeable about supplier relations and process management,
- Active user of MS Office programs,
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
- Good coordination skills with all level of organization,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills,
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Motivated self-starter who works well individually and able to work effectively with multiple teams

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
