Do you have a passion for reinventing the shopping experience and enjoy the thrill of experimentation, optimization, and collaboration? Wizards of the Coast is looking for a Principal Product Manager, eCommerce to drive innovation and deliver eCommerce products and features that support both our global direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels, such as Hasbro Pulse and D&D Beyond (DDB) marketplace.

 

In this role, you’ll develop the product vision and build a customer-centric roadmap across discovery, shopping, and checkout. You will have exciting opportunities to experiment on the current CX and use those insights to define engaging product offerings and features.

What You'll Do:

  • Define a user vision and develop an actionable product roadmap in partnership with your design and engineering team.
  • Prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your engineering team to scope efforts, set and track goals, and triage incoming priorities from partner teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives and experiments that continuously improves customer engagement and conversion.
  • Deliver exceptional business results through innovative product solutions that delight customers and drive revenue

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience product management experience with a focus on eCommerce or digital product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and improve overall business performance.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $122,020
  • Pay Range End: $204,850

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Wizards of the Coast provides a variety of benefits to employees.
