Hasbro seeks a motivated recruiter to join our team in a contract role to fill retail merchandiser positions. This is full-time contract position which will run March-December 2025. In this role you will lead all aspects of full cycle recruitment and use your expertise to identify, engage, and hire high-potential talent to fill our retail merchandiser roles across the US and Canada. This role can be onsite/hybrid based in our RI office, or remote will be considered.

A Day in the Life as a Contract Recruiter

• Source Talent: Scout high-potential candidates and handle incoming manage candidate applications.
• Screen and qualify candidates: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess whether candidates are the right fit for our retail merchandising roles.
• Arrange Interviews: Partner with our recruiting coordinators to submit interview requests for candidates to meet with hiring managers.
• Review Candidate Feedback, Make & Close Job Offers: Partner with the hiring managers to receive interview feedback, make job offers and close positions.
• Track and report: Use our Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates, track recruitment activity, and provide consistent updates to the hiring team.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure that candidates and clients always have a positive experience throughout the Hasbro recruitment and selection process

What You Will Bring

• 2 years' experience in a high-volume recruitment. Previous experience hiring merchandising/sales candidates preferred.
• Confidence in engaging candidates, with a focus on establishing rapport and quickly sparking interest.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong candidate assessment skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and follow through.
• The capability to succeed and deliver outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
• A coachable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude!

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

• Starting Pay Range: $35.38/hour
• Pay Range End: $44.56/hour
