Eneba seeks a Partnership Specialist for Latin America to research and develop relationships with new affiliate partners. Responsibilities include managing current partner relationships, tracking affiliate activity, analyzing data to improve program performance, negotiating partnership conditions and prices, collaborating with merchants and cross-functional teams, identifying appealing gaming offers, working with regional counterparts, and tracking competitor activity. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in the gaming or gift card market in Latin America and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

About your team

We are the Marketing Team, dedicated to driving sustainable growth with the goal of becoming the leading marketplace for gamers. Our approach involves merging data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity to build a strong, fun, and trustworthy brand - Eneba. As fast adopters in the gaming industry, we move quickly to establish deep-rooted relationships with our users and bring all local gaming communities under one global roof.

Responsibilities

    • Support research and business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with new affiliate partners in the Latin America region.
    • Own the relationships with current partners and affiliates.
    • Track affiliate activity, analyze data regularly, and calculate metrics to improve the program’s performance and increase scale.
    • Negotiate affiliate partnership conditions, campaign models, and prices to improve KPIs, with a focus on the Latin America market.
    • Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional teams to support strategic growth and acquisition priorities in Latin America.
    • Find and analyze the most appealing gaming offers in the Latin America region to ensure the highest return per promotion.
    • Work with regional counterparts to develop business in Latin America and contribute to global initiatives.
    • Track competition activity in Latin America and apply necessary strategies to outperform, proactively contributing towards the team's success metrics.

Minimum requirements for the role

    • Ability to handle multiple projects and partners, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-learner, eager to develop domain-specific knowledge as business goals change.
    • Interest and knowledge of the gaming industry.
    • Comfortable with negotiation and developing relationships from scratch.
    • Proven experience in gaming or the gift card market in Latin America.
