What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Demand Generation Manager to assist with our business growth.
Role and responsibilities:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in marketing driven demand generation.
- Take complete ownership of demand generation targets.
- The responsibilities would be two-fold:
a) Develop and execute multi-channel paid campaigns for customer acquisition, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
b) Develop, launch and manage email marketing campaigns to generate a pipeline of qualified leads from new and existing accounts.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Monitor and report on B2B budget performance, making necessary adjustments for optimized campaign outcomes.
Candidates must have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with developing and executing B2B demand generation campaigns and achieving pipeline/conversion targets.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, and others.
