The Role:
This is an exciting time to join ION where you will be joining a specialist team. As our resilience education and awareness lead you will be responsible for designing and implementing the education of the resilience programme across ION markets, in addition to client and regulatory engagement collaboration.
The successful candidate will have a track record and hands experience of developing, implementing and improving the awareness programme for operational Resilience. Experience of employee training and awareness to support the maturation of the programme is key. Ideally experience within financial services background, the successful candidate will have a creative background with the ability to communicate across all levels..
They will be responsible for the education and awareness of the programme, supporting all aspects of resilience best practice, testing and exercising and programme communications.
The role holder will work as part of the Operational Resilience function and will contribute to broader resilience/BCP and crisis management work delivered by the Head of Operational Resilience.
