Job Description

The Manager- Talent & Transformation will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and will be responsible for leading and managing talent acquisition and transformation initiatives within the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of talent management strategies, change management principles, and the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals. Specific responsibilities will likely include developing and implementing talent strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee performance, driving organizational change initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in talent management and transformation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Lead talent acquisition and transformation initiatives
Develop and implement talent strategies
Manage employee performance and development
Drive organizational change
