Talent Acquisition Specialist

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the our team.

You will oversee all recruitment activities in Poland across all Moon Active studios. Your responsibilities will include actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with Hiring Managers, and participating in career events and employer branding initiatives.

• Recruit for multiple vacancies open in Poland;
• Explore, implement and use different recruitment and employer branding platforms and tools;
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
• Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience;
• Promote Moon Active employer brand both online and offline.

• Experience in full cycle recruitment (3+ years);
• Experience in the IT and/or gaming industry;
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other local talent platforms;
• Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets;
• Results-driven, self-organised and extremely motivated to grow within the Recruitment industry;
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
