SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Management Partner is responsible for partnering with other members of the Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to lead, design and implement enterprise programs, practices, and content which support our talent strategies and development efforts. This person will act to drive thought leadership as a strategic partner and advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders across Nintendo.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Serves as an expert in strategic talent programs, continuing to identify ways to optimize employee performance, enhance employee engagement, and align talent initiatives with business priorities.
Leads complex programs in areas related to talent management, strategy, and performance (e.g. performance management, HiPo programming, retention programming, succession planning, engagement surveys, assessments, etc.)
Provides on-going cyclical complex program management for assigned initiatives, including program management, design, implementation, maintenance, change management, communications, and evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Leads strategic consultation and support for business leaders around Talent Management needs.
Lead the sustainment and continuous improvement of programming and resources in support of our NOA Mission, Values, and Practices.
Designs and facilitates a variety of strategic meetings for the organization (e.g. talent reviews, strategic planning sessions, feedback and improvement meetings, team building).
Works closely with the overall Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to evaluate and support the needs of the business and create tools and resources to increase leadership, team and individual effectiveness.
Develops and delivers communication and change management plans in support of both Nintendo’s Talent Management programs and the business.
Tracks metrics and performs talent analytics to provide insights into program opportunities, and inform strategic talent planning.
Develops and maintains partnerships with external vendors to design and deliver talent solutions that meet Nintendo's specific needs.
Conducts research in support of talent management programs and initiatives
Assist with and completes other Talent Management projects and duties as assigned.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
5 years as an experienced practitioner in Human Resources with a background in talent management, people analytics, learning and development or organizational development
Track record demonstrating a strong knowledge of how to design and deliver high-impact workforce performance, employee engagement, or other strategic talent initiatives with a keen understanding of the needs of diverse employee populations.
Ability to assume a lead role in designing, implementing, and maintaining content and programs with enterprise impact
Ability to operate independently with little direction, navigate through ambiguity, prioritize work, and address time-sensitive matters
Strong project management skills across projects of varying size and scope
Experience as a facilitator
Strong influencing skills across all levels
Excellent communication skills including written, interpersonal, and listening skills.
Experience serving as a trusted strategic consultant for senior and executive leadership.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field is required.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $102,500 - $164,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
