Are you ready to drive the future of Paradox’s licensing business? As our Licensing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by building high-value partnerships and delivering exceptional licensed products that expand our franchises into exciting new realms.

Your mission

This role is all about ownership and self-leadership. You’ll run with the business plan, driving sales activities to hit ambitious revenue targets and seize every growth opportunity. You’ll be the force that helps partners bring top-quality licensed products to market, bringing Paradox's worlds to life for fans everywhere.

We need a Licensing Manager with a get-it-done attitude who’s hunting for new partnerships and cross-brand collaborations that can elevate our franchises. With your proactive mindset and strategic vision, you’ll lead our licensing business, making sure our franchises excel across diverse product categories with a primary focus on mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the business plan and execute on sales activities to achieve annual revenue targets for our licensing business

  • Empower partners to launch high-quality licensed products, with a primary focus on mobile games, while also exploring opportunities in PC/console games, tabletop games, and other product categories.

  • Be on the constant lookout for new partnerships and cross brand collaboration opportunities that could benefit our franchises

  • Set the direction and develop our Merchandising business

What we’re searching for…
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or other relevant field

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in licensing, preferably in the games industry

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken

This position requires travel to fairs, exhibitions and events to network, build relationships and promote our licensing initiatives.
