We are looking for a Lead React Software Engineer  to join a highly innovative project with a leading global e-commerce company. The project involves developing a cloud-based livestreaming platform designed to enhance the online shopping experience, improve customer engagement, and automate business processes to boost buyer satisfaction.

As a Frontend Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting the frontend of the platform, and ensuring seamless integration with backend services. You will play a crucial role in driving technical decisions and shaping the future of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of frontend engineers in developing a scalable livestreaming platform.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using React and JavaScript.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Make key architectural decisions and drive the technical direction of the project.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure an engaging user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development, with a strong focus on React.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience working with GraphQL.
• Proven experience in Lead roles, including managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong understanding of frontend best practices, performance optimization, and user experience design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
