WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide necessary support to employees with technology, accessories, stationery, etc.
- Contribute to office support, including organizing and overseeing cleaning schedules, handling minor purchases of products and supplies
- Coordination with facilities management, building management teams to maintain the office environment and handle any repairs or potential improvements
- Help in collaboration with external contractors and services (delivery service, florists, etc.)
- Offer occasional administrative support (e.g., handling, printing documents, etc.)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- High level of proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Excellent organization skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities
- Attentiveness and prompt task execution
- Proficient PC skills and no difficulty with handling office equipment
- Location in Dubai (UAE)

- Proficiency in using Task management tools
