Job Description
The Inside Sales Advisor at Tesla educates, inspires, and guides potential customers through the vehicle purchase process. Responsibilities include communicating with customers via chat, email, and SMS; qualifying leads; scheduling test drives; using a consultative approach to influence purchases; developing and maintaining a sales pipeline; providing feedback; and maintaining customer relationships until delivery. Inside Sales Advisors have the incredible opportunity to advise potential Tesla customers, while honing their abilities in lead qualification.
