Job Description

Luxoft is seeking an HR Assistant to join their HR team. This role focuses on improving staff efficiency and employee motivation. Responsibilities include collaborating with the personnel department to ensure coordination of work processes and handling documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar office role, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. An approved İŞKUR labor loss report (at least 40%) and the ability to work with a disabled status are required. The position is remote in Turkey.
