Growe is hiring an International Recruiter to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of candidates. Must have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies, proficiency in using ATS, and strong competency-based interviewing skills.
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates (sometimes including our international locations);
  • Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media;
  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process;
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer;
  • Enlarge and manage candidates’ database;
  • Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis;
  • Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team;
  • Participatе in projects of the HR Team.
We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies/recruitment agencies;
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases;
  • Proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews;
  • Proven experience in European hiring;
  • English - Advanced;
  • Experience working in the iGaming industry (will be a plus).
