Job Details
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CMO in organising and coordinating his program.

Responsibilities
- Understanding and awareness of the CMO's needs and priorities to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Diary management, maintaining an events calendar, organising and scheduling appointments
- Arranging travel and accommodations
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the CMO
Requirements
- 2 years of work experience, ideally with a technology company
- Well organised with a proven ability to prioritise effectively
- Advanced in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
